Travis Lundell, our son-in-law graduated from the Uniformed Service University of the Health Sciences (USUHS) with a PhD in Neuroscience Research.
He and Krista had already moved from Maryland, where they lived for 5 years while he attended school, to Missouri. They flew in with baby Troy. Travis's mom, Michele, flew in from Utah and my mom and Bob flew in from Colorado. I came from Budapest, but Arvid stayed to work.

Travis tries on his graduation clothes, and as he is a super man, he poses as Superman in his own cape! |

Among the festivities, we had time to go out for an evening with some of their good friends. Two other families came to visit, but one family left before I could get a picture with them all. |
Krista and Troy pose while we get ready for the graduates to march in.
A very proud mother with her son. (Written by a very proud mother-in-law.)
All of us (except for Bob, who took the picture) with Travis's mentor.
Travis show his diploma in front of Constitution Hall, where the ceremony was held.
After the ceremony, Travis decides his old shoes had lived a good, long life and as one of them had lost its sole, he laid them to rest.
Congratulations Travis!!!! A job well done. You are awesome.
We're proud of you and we love you!
ELEVEN!!!!!
